Edit 2: turns out I accidentally chose the SE version instead of AE in the Fomod. A reinstall and correct version selection has fixed it. Your SKSE logs should be able to tell you if it loaded. Even with fsmp expect major slowdowns in areas where there are lots of people that all have smp. Theres some mod that grants spells to switch people between smp and cbpc.
