Currently, on the SDS100 & SDS200, you can customize to show the filter selection. That works if you are picking a specific choice, such as Normal, Wide Invert, Global, etc. But if you are using Auto, the display only shows "Auto", not which choice it found was the best match. The old scanners worked fine with a amplified speaker plugged in the headphone jack.
